  • Sidewalk Sensations ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, and Hawaii. 

    Items will be shipped within 3 days of order placement.  Shipping times vary.  Please assume that all orders will take 7 days to reach you.  If your need your items for a certain date, please notify Sidewalk Sensations using the "Contact Us" tab before placing your order, so that we can determine if we can get the items to you in time.

  • Sidewalk Sensations charges 4% state sales tax for merchandise shipped to any Louisiana address.

    We love our customers and want everyone to be happy. Your total satisfaction is so important to us! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us a buckets@eatel.net so we can take care of it.

    Make sure your email states the reason you would like to return the item. Please include your name, the item(s) purchased, email address, and a phone number where you can be reached. Please do not return any merchandise before you hear from us. Let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund (less any shipping costs). If you should choose to return the item, we will contact you within 24 hours with instructions detailing the return process.
