Our Products

Our sidewalk paint is a safe, non toxic, washable powder made from my own "recipe." It is simple to use. Just mix one part paint powder with two parts water and paint on concrete sidewalks and driveways.

Sidewalk paint powder is available in 7 colors: red/pink, blue, green, yellow, orange, green, purple, & white.

Mini-stacks are sold in sets of 2 or 3 colors with one brush.

Stacks are sold in sets of 3 or 6 colors with one brush for each color.

Custom Tags are available alone, or added to our sidewalk paint products. Choose your design and text for a personalized touch. New designs coming soon!

 A Sensational Story! 

I spent eight years as an elementary school teacher and loved every minute of it. When my husband and I started our family, I was lucky enough to become a stay-at-home mom for our two children. That’s where Sidewalk Sensations was born – my constant search for keeping the kids entertained.

My daughter got a batch of sidewalk paint for her third birthday at a time when she was developing a wonderful interest in art. My budding young artist and I spent countless hours painting together. My husband came home regularly to find our driveway emblazoned with messages like, “We love you, Daddy!” surrounded with hearts and flowers. Several neighbors noticed and some even admitted being a little jealous.

When her supply ran out, we were desperate for more. But our frantic search ended upon learning the manufacturer had dropped sidewalk paint from its product line.

Inspired by a relative’s successful launch of her own business, I decided to start my company in 2001. Choosing a product was easy – I never forgot sidewalk painting and the joy it brought to my family and neighbors, even the adults.

After tons of research, I bought my supplies, tinkered with the recipe and made the first few buckets of Sidewalk Sensations – a safe, nontoxic, washable powder easily transformed with water into a rainbow of colors and fun. I e-mailed friends and family, asking them to spread the word about Sidewalk Sensations. Within a few days, I received more than 200 orders and haven’t looked back since.

We’ve put in a lot of hard work over the years, and my products have gone through several changes. But nothing has changed the fact that this product is one that that children love and use to express their creativity.
